篮球运动是由跑、跳、投等多种多样的动作构成的快速、激烈、多变、综合性的体育运动,大学生在篮球运动中损伤的发生率较高,为了了解经常参加篮球运动的大学生损伤发生的规律,本文通过我校工体部学生在大学期间篮球运动损伤情况的调查分析,针对其损伤特点和致伤原因采取相应的预防措施,意在进一步研究大学生篮球运动损伤的类型、时间、地点、部位、原因和处理方法等,掌握一定的篮球运动损伤发生的一般规律,并采取及时有效地防治措施,为提高我校学生预防篮球运动损伤提供参考,为促进大学生更好地开展篮球运动提供理论依据和实际帮助。本文通过运用文献资料法、问卷调查法等研究方法对386名经常参加篮球运动大学生在进行体育活动时,出现关节的损伤的情况与原因进行调查。调查结果可知,运动损伤总患病率为60.88%;运动损伤常见损伤部位依次为脚指、踝关节、膝关节、手指、腰背部、大腿等;常见损伤类型为关节扭伤、肌肉拉伤和软组织损伤等;致伤原因依次为准备活动不当、违反比赛规则、技术动作错误、场地不良、保护措施不够、运动负荷过大等方面。

This article investigates the situation and causes of the joint injury of 386 college students who often take part in the sports activities by using the methods of literature and materials, questionnaire and so on. The results showed that the total prevalence of sports injuries was 60.88%. The common injuries were followed by the soles of feet, ankles, knees, fingers, lower back and thighs. The common types of injuries were joint sprain, muscle strain and soft tissue Injury and so on. The causes of injury were in the order of preparation for improper activities, violation of the rules of the competition, technical errors, poor site, inadequate protective measures and excessive exercise load.
