本文介绍了某铅锌(硫)多金属矿在铅锌分离时,采用了以Na_2CO_3+ZnSO_4为抑制剂的抑锌浮铅优先浮选流程,获得了与氰化法相同的指标。铅精矿含铅达43.89%.回收率为66.67%;锌精矿含锌达45.13%,回收率为83.77%。更重要的是由于采用无氰分选工艺,避免了对环境的污染。同时,可以实现银的综合回收,使矿产资源得以充分利用。
In this paper, a lead-zinc (sulfur) polymetallic ore with lead-zinc separation using a preferential flotation process of zinc-suppressing lead with Na_2CO_3 + ZnSO_4 as inhibitor was introduced. The same index as cyanidation was obtained. Lead concentrate lead content of 43.89%, the recovery rate was 66.67%; zinc concentrate zinc content of 45.13%, the recovery rate was 83.77%. More importantly, due to the use of non-cyanide separation process, to avoid the pollution of the environment. At the same time, we can achieve a comprehensive recovery of silver, so that mineral resources can be fully utilized.
