随着信息技术的不断发展,互联网技术也越来越娴熟,产品更新换代速度快,并且在各大领域的应用十分广泛。金融业作为经济发展的重要组成部分,在这一新形势下迎来崭新的发展机遇,由此金融业脱离传统的发展模式,进入了全新互联网时代。但是在其发展过程中仍然存在一些技术上的不足与金融风险。因此,文章针对互联网金融的特征、互联网金融风险进行全方位分析研究,并找出合理有效的风险防范对策,为互联网金融更进一步的发展提供有力的依据。
