由水利部农电司和水机磨蚀试验研究中心联合召开的“中小型水机磨蚀专题研讨会”于1990年11月27～30日在云南省元江县召开,来自全国116个单位166位专家、教授、工程技术人员参加了会议。交流论文43篇,有15人在大会上作了专题报告,通过分组交流,相互切磋,互通信息,就我国多泥沙河流水力机械存在的磨蚀问题,从机理研究,水力设计,维修技术、材料研制、减缓磨蚀装置以及金属和非金属保护层等综合治理措施多方面进行了有益
