本文提出一种新的等离子体聚合方法,其特点是采用平均分子量大于200的固体或液体有机物(包括聚合物)为原料,在甲烷等离子体中进行聚合,这种方法原料来源广,安全实用,制备的功能薄膜在许多方面性能优于小分子单体的等离子体聚合物薄膜。
This paper presents a new plasma polymerization method characterized by the use of solid or liquid organic matter (including polymers) with an average molecular weight of more than 200 as the raw material for polymerization in methane plasma. This method has wide sources of raw materials, is safe and practical, The prepared functional film is superior to the small polymer monomer plasma polymer film in many aspects.
