受精卵形成的关键是成熟卵母细胞与精细胞的结合。卵母细胞发育是一个复杂精确同步化的过程,受基因、遗传等诸多因素的影响。临床上,卵母细胞成熟障碍是一些不孕女性多次接受辅助生殖技术助孕仍失败的原因之一,表现为无法获得成熟的卵子。近年来卵母细胞成熟障碍的病因学和治疗手段已成为国内外生殖领域研究的热点,虽取得一些进展,但仍有待进一步的研究。
The key to the formation of fertilized eggs is the combination of mature oocytes and sperm cells. Oocyte development is a complicated and precise process of synchronization, which is affected by many factors such as gene and genetics. Clinically, oocyte maturation disorder is one of the reasons why some infertile women repeatedly receive assisted reproductive technology to help conceive, but fail to obtain mature eggs. In recent years, the etiology and treatment of oocyte maturation have become hot spots in the field of reproductive field both at home and abroad. Although some progress has been made, further research is needed.
