如何降低水电工程造价,促进我国水电建设事业的持续发展,是一个重要而又十分紧迫的课题。我们在对五强溪工程10余年的建没管理过程中,对这一课题有一些较为深刻的体会。下面就技术和政策两个方面谈些粗浅的看法。
