官员不报财产,公众为何要报税?

全国政协委员张贤亮不久前提交了一份建议:一定级别公务员家庭财产及收入应定期申报,这样不仅对腐败有约束力,还能带动年收入12万元以上的普通公民主动申报并纳税。张贤亮强调,如今年收入在12万元以上的民众要大大多于县处级以上的公务员,晋升到县处级的公务员完全没有理由以个人隐私权为借口拒绝申报或瞒报。公务员不定期申报家庭财产和年收入,公民主动申报纳税的制度就不能让人信服。
