已知哺乳动物在辐射作用后远期可出现各系统和器官的病理变化,并导致其平均寿命的缩短。细胞功能的变化是辐射远期损伤过程中的重要环节,同时又是研究的薄弱环节之一。因此,对放射病动物细胞功能的完整性进行研究是非常重要而适时的。有关辐射作用后远期造血系统细胞功能状态的研究,特别是关于细胞吞噬功能的研究是不够系统的,看法也不一致,为此作者对全身照射后动物血中白细胞的吞噬功能作了系统的研究。
Mammals are known to have pathological changes of various systems and organs in the long run after radiation and result in shortened average life expectancy. Changes in cell function is an important part of the process of radiation damage in the long run, but also one of the weak links in the study. Therefore, it is very important and timely to study the integrity of the function of radiological animal cells. The research about the functional status of long-term hematopoietic system after radiation, especially on the phagocytic function of the cells is not systematic enough and the opinions are not the same. Therefore, the author systematically studied the phagocytic function of leukocytes in animal blood after the whole body irradiation .
