At present, there are many discussions about the degradation of edible fungus strains. It is generally considered that the number of passage of fungi (number of pipetting) is more, the growth of mycelium is slow, the yield is not high, and the quality is decreased. To this end, we conducted a comparative experiment on the number of tubes introduced from Fujian and Guangdong to explore the relationship between the number of tubes and the amount of mushrooms produced.
