国内曾有周、嵇二氏报告过周边虹膜切除术对闭角型青光眼的预防意义。我院自1965年以来即开展此项手术,现报告如下。材料分析在1965月7年～1985年11月为41例患者行预防性周边虹膜切除术,其中男性10例,女性31例,男∶女=1∶3。发病年龄:37～73岁,50岁以上者32例(78%),45岁以上者39例(95%),绝大多数是老年人发病。眼别;左、右眼各15例,双眼11例,共52眼。在单眼行周边虹膜切除术的另30眼中,有26眼作眼外引流手术,包括小梁切除术2例,巩膜灼滤术2例,虹膜嵌顿术1例;巩膜下咬切术21例;2例为绝对期青光眼,其中1例
There have been weeks, 嵇 Ershi reported peripheral iridectomy for angle-closure glaucoma prevention. Our hospital since 1965 to carry out the operation, are as follows. Materials Analysis Between July 1965 and November 1985, 41 patients underwent prophylactic peripheral iridotomy, including 10 males and 31 females, with a males and a females of 1: 3.
