对152例心肌炎患儿行24小时Holter监测,并与常规心电图、心肌酶及心功能进行对比性探讨。结果提示:Holter心律失常检出率82.9%明显高于心电图51.3%;24小时早搏总数多于14400次者,心脏指数(CI)及射血分数(EF)均受影响;CK-MB增高者发生室速或室上速的机会多;Holter对捕捉一过性及复杂性心律失常有重要作用。对较严重潜在威胁生命的心律失常有提示预后及预防猝死的价值。
152 cases of myocarditis in children with 24-hour Holter monitoring, and conventional ECG, myocardial enzymes and cardiac function were compared. The results showed that the detection rate of Holter arrhythmia was 82.9%, which was significantly higher than that of electrocardiogram (51.3%). The cardiac arrest index (CI) and ejection fraction (EF) were all affected when the total number of 24-hour premature beats was more than 14,400; There are many opportunities for ventricular tachycardia or supraventricular tachycardia; Holter plays an important role in capturing transient and complex arrhythmias. More serious potential life-threatening arrhythmias have prompted the prognosis and the value of preventing sudden death.
