中日合作制作的《日语基础》课程开播仪式于1990年9月5日在北京举行,国家教委副主任腾藤,日本驻中国大使桥本恕、日本国际交流基金会理事渡边祐贤,中央广播电视大学校长谢新观,日本NHK国际公司理事长高石昌人,日本国际文化交流中心黑田瑞夫,北京大学教授孙宗光,以及日本昭和女子大会副教授山田泉等出席开播仪式,并作了热情友好的讲话。
On September 5, 1990, the launching ceremony of the “Basic Japanese Course” produced by China-Japan Cooperation was held in Beijing on September 5, 1990.
