各种原因引起的心包积液需紧急处理的首先是心包填塞,但由于病因不同,采用何种方法能够最为有效的解除填塞症状同时又有利于治疗有时难以确定。作者采用改良经皮穿刺心包腔内置管引流治疗心包积液17例,取得满意效果,兹报告如下。
