目的 :研究发酵白酒糟生产饲料蛋白的发酵条件 ,为工业化生产工艺提供技术支持 .主要研究原料处理、培养基制备、以及混菌比例和发酵的时间、温度、湿度、空间湿度、通气性等因素对发酵产物粗蛋白含量的影响 ,从而获得最佳发酵条件 .方法 :采用单因子分析法 ,分别获得各因子的最佳发酵条件 .结果 :原料经适当粉碎后 ,加入辅料 ,调 pH值为 6 5经常压或高压灭菌 .晾至 30~ 40℃时 ,以 1∶1∶1混菌比例 ,5 %~ 7%的接种量接入培养基 ,用竹筛曲盘 ,料层厚度为 3~ 5cm ,90 %~ 95 %空间湿度 ,2 8~ 32℃保持 40~ 5 0h等为最佳发酵条件
OBJECTIVE: To study the fermentation conditions of fermented distiller’s grains for the production of feed protein, and to provide technical support for the industrialized production process.It mainly studies the factors such as raw material processing, medium preparation, mixing ratio and fermentation time, temperature, humidity, space humidity and aeration On the crude protein content of the fermented product, so as to obtain the optimum fermentation conditions.Methods: The optimum fermentation conditions of each factor were obtained by single factor analysis.Results: After the raw materials were properly crushed, add the excipients and adjust the pH to 6 5 under normal pressure or high pressure sterilization.When drying to 30 ~ 40 ℃, 1: 1: 1 mixing ratio, 5% ~ 7% of the inoculum access medium, bamboo sieve tray, the material thickness of 3 ~ 5cm, 90% ~ 95% space humidity, 28 ~ 32 ℃ maintain 40 ~ 5 0h, etc. as the best fermentation conditions
