1临床资料患者男,82岁。头面部紫红色斑片,结节半年。患者半年前在右颧骨处发现红色斑片,随后斑片逐渐扩散至右面颊部、前额及头顶,部分斑片表面有紫黑色丘疹,无自觉症状。既往史、个人史、家族史无特殊。体格检查:生命体征正常,全身浅表淋巴结未触及肿大,心肺腹无异常。皮肤科情况:右侧面颊、前额及头顶可见浸润性暗红色斑片,其上有较多大小不等的紫黑色丘疹、结节,质中,无压痛
1 Clinical data Patient male, 82 years old. Head and face purple patches, nodules half a year. Six months ago, the patient found red patches on the right cheekbones. Then the patch gradually spread to the right cheek, forehead and head. Some patches had purple-black pimples on the surface without any symptoms.
