目前,市区沿街多层住宅楼间造一至二层大板块式的底层商场建筑越来越多,商场层的屋面即变成住宅楼的上人屋面和集中活动平台,许多上人屋面使用后出现了渗漏水现象,渗漏水往往发生在住宅楼与上人屋面之间的沉降缝与捧水天沟结合处。我们看到在一些通用图集中只表示屋面变形缝与板面、墙体的一般关系(见图1)设计采用时若有所疏忽,会导致难以纠正的渗漏水隐患。目前为数不少的工程设计将沉降缝与排水天沟结合在一起处理,根据对已出现的问题进行分析,建议排水沟结合沉降缝的做法(见图2所示),并应注意以下几
At present, there is a growing number of low-rise shopping malls in the first and second floors of multi-storey residential buildings along the streets of the urban area. The roofs of the shopping malls have become residential roofs and centralized activity platforms for residential buildings. Many people use the roof after use. Leakage occurs, and seepage water often occurs at the junction of the settlement joint between the residential building and the person’s roof and the holding water gutter. We have seen in some general graph sets that the general relationship between roof deformation joints, slabs, and walls (see Figure 1) is negligent if the design is used, which can lead to difficult-to-correct seepage water hazards. At present, a large number of engineering designs combine settlement joints with drainage gutters. According to the analysis of existing problems, it is recommended that the drainage ditch should be combined with settlement joints (see Figure 2). Attention should be paid to the following
