农村电网整改资金筹集难,贫困县的农村电网整改资金筹集更难.山西省万荣县是全国有名的贫困县,但近年来,我们不甘穷,不畏难,千方百计排万难,终于探索出了“三条腿”走路,多渠道筹集农村电网整改资金的新路子,较好地解决了贫困县农村电网整改资金筹集难的问题,在万荣这块贫穷的土地上做出了农村电网整改的显著成绩.近年来,我们先后集资347万余元,完成了全县198个行政村的整改,占全县总村庄的79.5%;清理线路通道120千米;完成接、进户线整改65000余户;更换高能耗配电变压器232台.全县低压线损率由原来的18.6%降到现在的11.8%.我县的农村电网整改工作受到华北网局和电力部的肯定和表扬.我们的筹资办法是:
