随着老龄化社会的到来,因腰椎退行性变而引起的腰椎不稳症患者越来越多.目前,认为腰椎节段性不稳定是腰腿痛的常见原因,它常与腰椎管狭窄症、腰椎间盘突出症合并存在,其手术治疗不能以一般的神经减压术及椎管成形术解决.
