利用心阻抗测量心搏出量(S.V.)较常采用Kubcicek环形四极法。自从伊藤1976年设计恒流式导纳仪后,作为一种新的阻抗容积描记法巳引起国内外的兴趣,直至1980年小笠原等报导关于恒压式导纳图仪求积法的动物实验结果后,从方法上看比用心阻抗图测定简使,测量误差要小。因之使用心导纳图测定心搏量有了方向性的进展。国内目前有些单位在研制中,通过实测也说明有其优越性。
