本文总结了一年来试验高硫高碳土球墨铸铁及试制土铁机床的初步经验。在成份要求上,根据南京土铁具体情况提出了碳锰让其自然平衡,磷硫适当限制,(P<0.5%,S0.35~0.6%),而控制硅量在1.8%左右。浇铸前要用冰晶石粉去渣去气,铸件宜用立式造型,适当加大浇冒口。第一阶段石墨化退火应按铸件大小采用不同温度,小件可在900℃左右,大件应在930℃左右,第二阶段石墨化退火有害无益,可不必进行。当要求较高的综合机械性质时,石墨化退火后应进行调质或等温淬火处理。
This article summarizes the first year to test the high-sulfur and high-carbon earth ductile iron and trial soil iron machine’s initial experience. In terms of composition requirements, according to the specific situation in Nanjing soil iron carbon manganese made its natural balance, phosphorus and sulfur appropriate restrictions (P <0.5%, S0.35 ~ 0.6%), while the amount of silicon controlled at about 1.8%. Use cryolite powder to the slag before casting to the gas, the casting should be used vertical modeling, appropriate to increase the pouring riser. The first stage of graphitization annealing should be based on the size of the casting temperature, small pieces can be about 900 ℃, large pieces should be about 930 ℃, the second phase of graphite annealing is harmful and not useful, may not be carried out. When higher mechanical properties are required, the graphitization anneal should be tempered or isothermal quenched.
