由于采用粉末冶金工艺制造机械零件具有一系列的优点,其应用范围正日益扩大,已广泛应用于家用电器、日用机械、食品机械、电动工具等各种机械中。粉末冶金齿轮是用模具压制成形,经烧结后,通过整形、浸油以提高精度、光洁度和耐磨性。烧结的齿轮由于阴模与模冲间的间隙多少都有一些毛刺和尖角,甚至由于表面粘有一些铁粉而使表面粗糙,这在齿轮的生产中都是难以避免的,影响到产品的美观、质量和精度。如用手工处理,不但效率低,而且效果较差。我们经过近几年在校办企业生产中对粉末冶金小齿轮进行了整批去毛刺和光饰加工,取得了良好效果。现对所使用的设备和工艺作一简要介绍。
