目的:通过观察分析清风藤属7种药用植物老茎中石细胞的显微特征,探究显微观察与统计学相结合的方法鉴别该属植物和药材的可行性及其鉴定学意义。方法:应用数码显微摄影和SPSS18.0软件对石细胞特征进行观察、测量和统计分析。结果:本实验所观察的7种植物老茎中石细胞的形态、大小、纹孔等显微特征存在一定差异,其中石细胞长度和宽度的差异较为显著,而长宽比值差异不明显。结论:采用显微观察与统计学相结合的方法,石细胞可作为清风藤属植物分类及其药材显微鉴别的参考依据。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the microscopic characteristics of stone cells in the old stem of seven medicinal plants of G. ramosissima by observation and observation, and to explore the feasibility and identification of the genus and medicinal plants by the combination of microscopic observation and statistical analysis. Methods: The characteristics of stone cells were observed, measured and analyzed by using digital microscope photography and SPSS18.0 software. Results: There were some differences in the morphology, size and pits among the seven stems observed in this experiment. The difference of the length and width of the stone cells was significant, while the aspect ratio was not significantly different. Conclusion: Using the combination of microscopic observation and statistics, stone cells can be used as a reference for the classification of medicinal plants and microscopic identification of medicinal materials.
