我院1990～1995年应用尿激酶(UK)脑室洗涤治疗经头颅CT证实的脑室内出血(IVH)56例,收到满意疗效,报告如下。 1 资料与方法 1.1 对象 以我院收治的IVH患者为研究对象。观察组56例,男34例,女22例,年龄22～72岁,平均48.5岁。其中高血压脑出血37例,动脉瘤破裂4例,外伤性血肿6例,动静脉畸形(AVM)5例,烟雾病2例,原因不明2例。Graeb评分:1～4分9例,5～8分28例,9～12分19例。对照组
In our hospital from 1990 to 1995 the application of urokinase (UK) intraventricular washing in the head CT confirmed 56 cases of intraventricular hemorrhage (IVH), received a satisfactory effect, the report is as follows. 1 Materials and Methods 1.1 Subject IVH patients admitted to our hospital as the research object. Observation group of 56 patients, 34 males and 22 females, aged 22 to 72 years, mean 48.5 years. There were 37 cases of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage, 4 cases of aneurysm rupture, 6 cases of traumatic hematoma, 5 cases of arteriovenous malformation (AVM), 2 cases of moyamoya disease and 2 cases of unknown cause.
