本砂轮修整器的主体结构是根据进口磨床砂轮修整器测绘的。我们本着洋为中用和仿制与创新相结合的原则,并从生产需要的具体情况出发,在原主体结构上,增设了四个特殊用途的配套装置。即(1)修整器整体固定装置;(2)金刚笔伸缩微调装置;(3)修整砂轮外径用的固定装置;(4)修整砂轮两侧圆弧的定位装置。有了这四个附加装置之后,就进一步完善该修整器的使用性能。本修整器大致上可以分解为下列三个组成部分(见图1):(1)支承轴27以下的整体紧固连接装置,它包括与机床工作台紧固的锁紧装置,以及角度调整装置(16～18);(2)弧形支架定心装置,其上安装了一套
The main structure of the wheel dresser is based on imported grinding wheel dresser mapping. Based on the principle of combining foreign use with imitation and innovation, we set forth four specific installations for the original main structure based on the specific needs of production.
