以胡椒酸为原料,经由草酰氯酰化,再与不同的芳香胺反应制得多种新型胡椒碱衍生物,这些化合物结构经~1 HNMR,ESI-MS分析表征。对反应条件进行了优化改进,结果表明:芳香胺的胡椒碱衍生物的合成过程中,以吡啶作为催化剂,反应结束后,直接将反应液倒入一定量的水中,即可析出产物,此方法可以大大提高反应的总收率,且操作简单,反应更为绿色环保,有利于胡椒碱衍生物的工业化生产。
A series of novel piperine derivatives were synthesized from oxalyl chloride via acylation with oxalyl chloride and then with different aromatic amines. The structures of these compounds were characterized by 1 H NMR and ESI-MS analyzes. The reaction conditions were optimized and improved. The results showed that pyridine was the best catalyst for the synthesis of the piperine derivatives of aromatic amines. After the reaction was completed, the reaction solution was directly poured into a certain amount of water to precipitate the product. Can greatly improve the overall yield of the reaction, and the operation is simple, the reaction is more green, is conducive to the industrialization of piperine derivatives.
