目的建立超高效液相色谱-串联四极杆/线性离子阱质谱(QTRAP-UPLC-MS/MS)同时测定玄参药材中10种核苷类成分含量的方法,分析不同加工方法对玄参核苷类成分含量的影响。方法采用QTRAP-UPLC-MS/MS技术测定不同加工玄参药材中10种核苷类成分的含量,用TOPSIS法对核苷类成分进行综合评价。结果玄参核苷类成分中以鸟苷、尿苷、腺苷、尿嘧啶含量较高;不同加工方法对玄参核苷类成分含量具有一定的影响,玄参“发汗”法加工样品中核苷综合质量较好。结论为探究加工对玄参化学成分的影响及优选玄参适宜产地加工方法提供基础资料。
Objective To establish a method for the simultaneous determination of ten nucleoside components in Radix Hyssopus by ultra performance liquid chromatography-tandem quadrupole / linear ion trap mass spectrometry (QTRAP-UPLC-MS / MS) and to analyze the effects of different processing methods on Radix Scrophulariaceae Glycosides content of the impact. Methods QTRAP-UPLC-MS / MS was used to determine the content of 10 nucleoside constituents in different processed Radix Astragali. The composition of nucleosides was evaluated by TOPSIS. Results The contents of guanosine, uridine, adenosine and uracil were higher in the genus Xanthium sinensis. The different processing methods had some effects on the content of the nucleosides in Xanthomonas. The comprehensive quality of nucleosides is better. Conclusion The study provides the basic information for exploring the influence of processing on the chemical constituents of Scrophulariaceae and optimizing the processing methods of the suitable producing methods of Scrophularia.
