测定、分析成熟过程中的番茄成熟突变体alc、nor、rin材料与正常成熟番茄品种及其杂种一代果实的呼吸强度、乙烯释放量及多聚半乳糖醛酸酶(PG)活性。结果表明:alc、nor、rin材料果实呼吸强度和乙烯含量都很低,且无呼吸跃变;其硬度降低慢,果实中PG活性较低,一般可贮藏2—3个月,贮藏指数是正常番茄的3倍左右,杂种果实nor/+、alc/+、rin/+均有呼吸、乙烯跃变现象,但跃变期比正常番茄推迟5—7天,达跃变时,果实释放的CO2和乙烯量是正常番茄的40%-65%,PG活性和硬度变化介于双亲之间,果色与正常成熟番茄相近,果实的耐贮藏性略高于正常番茄。经过对nor基因材料的改造及转育已培育出园艺性状优良、耐贮性强、抗病、丰产的优良一代杂种。
The respiration rate, ethylene emission and PG activity of ripe tomato alc, nor, rin mutants and normal mature tomato cultivars and their hybrids during maturation were measured and analyzed. The results showed that the respiration intensity and ethylene content of alc, nor, rin materials were very low, and no respiration was found. The hardness decreased slowly and the activity of PG in fruits was low, which could be stored for 2-3 months. The storage index was normal 3 times of that of tomato, the phenomenon of respiration and ethylene jump occurred in the hybrid fruits nor / +, alc / +, rin / +, but the transitional period was postponed 5-7 days than normal tomato. And the amount of ethylene is 40% -65% of normal tomato. The change of PG activity and hardness is between parents, the fruit color is similar to that of normal ripe tomato, and the storage resistance of fruit is slightly higher than that of normal tomato. After the modification and transformation of nor gene material, excellent hybrids with good horticultural traits, strong storability, disease resistance and high yield have been bred.
