目的对半灌木、蔓性、大叶3种千斤拔进行生药学鉴别。方法采用基原鉴别法、性状鉴别法、显微鉴别法。结果广西产3种千斤拔在原植物特征、药材性状、显微结构和粉末特征等方面,均有差异。结论以上特征明显、稳定,可作为广西产3种千斤拔的鉴别依据。
Objective To identify the crude drugs in three shrubs of Magnolia grandiflora, Manxing and big leaves. Methods The method of basic identification, traits identification and microscopic identification were used. Results The results showed that there were differences in the characteristics of the original plant, medicinal properties, microstructure and powder characteristics among the three kinds of cultivars produced in Guangxi. Conclusion The above characteristics are obvious and stable, which can be used as the identification basis for producing 3 kinds of jincui in Guangxi.
