国有企业目前面临市场严峻,经营环境恶劣,员工流失严重,本课题主要是从人才环境的角度出发分析国企人才环境状况,并结合安钢二轧厂近几年员工引进和流失的情况,在系统分析当前面临的人才环境后,提出了优化国企人才环境的几点对策,以期能为国企经营管理者提供借鉴和参考。
At present, the state-owned enterprises are faced with harsh market conditions, harsh operating environment and serious loss of employees.
