随着高校英语师资队伍建设的不断推进,高校英语教师可持续发展教育问题逐渐成为学界关注的一个研究话题。针对当前高校英语教师可持续发展教育中存在的教学科研任务重、教育培训项目较少、教师评价体系陈旧等问题,本文指出可构建教学学术共同体,加强教学科研团队建设;增加教育培训机会,促进教师可持续发展;建立多元评价体系,有效激励教师专业成长。
With the continual advancement of college English teachers, the sustainable development education of English teachers in colleges and universities has gradually become a topic of concern to academic circles. In view of the problems such as the heavy task of teaching and research, the less education and training programs, and the obsolete teacher evaluation system in the sustainable development of English teachers in colleges and universities, this paper points out that teaching and academic community can be constructed to strengthen the construction of teaching and research teams; to increase education and training opportunities and promote Teachers ’sustainable development; establish a multi-evaluation system to effectively encourage teachers’ professional growth.
