急性白血病无病存活25年以上 急性白血病是一种高度恶性的血液肿瘤。 20世纪七十年代前在国内曾被人称之为“白老虎”,一旦诊断,患者就等于被宣判了死刑。20世纪末期,由于医学整体水平的提高,白血病具有肿瘤细胞和组织取材容易的特点,为其研究带来诸多方便。因而急性白血病的诊断和治疗已有长足进展,预后明显改善。我们在七十年代初期的4例急性白血病,都长期无病存活25年以上。
Acute leukemia disease-free survival of more than 25 years Acute leukemia is a highly malignant hematological tumor. Before the 1970s in the country has been called “white tiger”, once diagnosed, the patient is sentenced to death. The late 20th century, due to the improvement of the overall level of medicine, leukemia has the characteristics of tumor cells and tissues drawn easy for its research to bring a lot of convenience. Therefore, the diagnosis and treatment of acute leukemia has made considerable progress, the prognosis was significantly improved. In the early seventies of our 4 cases of acute leukemia, we have long-term disease-free survival of more than 25 years.
