采用天然橡胶籽油(RNOc)、精炼橡胶籽油(RNO_R)对阿扎拉(Azara)重晶石尾矿进行了浮选研究。浮选中采用油酸作脂肪酸捕收剂。橡胶籽油的化学特性是:高酸度、高皂化值和高碘指标。这些指标是高脂肪酸化合物的标志。用原子吸收分光光度计分析,阿扎拉重晶石尾矿中含BaS0_464.6%;重选和磁选后获得品位74.8%,回收率92.5%的BaS0_4精矿。天然橡胶籽油、精炼橡胶籽油和油酸用量分别为750g/t时,获得的精矿硫酸钡品位分别为90.0%、92.8%和94.8%,回收率分别为80.3%、85.4%和86.7%。因此,橡胶籽油是浮选重晶石尾矿的有效脂肪酸捕收剂。
Flotation of Azara barite tailings was carried out using natural rubber seed oil (RNOc) and refined rubber seed oil (RNO_R). Flotation of oleic acid used as fatty acid collector. The chemical properties of rubber seed oil are: high acidity, high saponification value and high iodine index. These indicators are a hallmark of fatty acid compounds. Analysis by atomic absorption spectrophotometer showed that BaS0_464.6% was contained in Azara barite tailings, and BaS0_4 concentrate with 74.8% recovery and 92.5% recovery after re-election and magnetic separation. The yields of barium sulfate concentrate were 90.0%, 92.8% and 94.8% for natural rubber seed oil, refined rubber seed oil and oleic acid at the dosage of 750g / t, respectively. The recoveries were 80.3%, 85.4% and 86.7% . Therefore, rubber seed oil is an effective fatty acid collector for flotation barite tailings.
