为研究细胞因子联合作用时对人肝癌细胞系C1抑制物(C1INH)合成的影响,用ELISA 双夹心法测定了经细胞因子联合作用后HepG2和SMMC7712细胞培养上清中C1INH的含量。结果表明:IFNγ分别与IL-6和IL-1共同作用时,能显著增加人肝癌细胞系C1INH的合成,其作用强于同剂量IFNγ的单独作用。IL-1本身不能增加HepG2细胞C1INH的合成。IL-1对IL-6的上调没有增强作用,也无抑制作用。
In order to study the effect of cytokines on the synthesis of human hepatocellular carcinoma cell line C1 inhibitor (C1INH), the content of C1INH in the culture supernatants of HepG2 and SMMC7712 cells was measured by double-sandwich ELISA. The results showed that IFNγ significantly increased the synthesis of human hepatocellular carcinoma cell line C1INH when treated with IL-6 and IL-1, respectively, and its effect was stronger than the same dose of IFNγ alone. IL-1 alone does not increase the CIINH synthesis in HepG2 cells. IL-1 has no effect on the up-regulation of IL-6 and has no inhibitory effect.
