对纤维性肺泡炎(CFA)、支气管扩张(BE)、慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)、心衰(HF)患者的肺捻发音频率、波形及时相变化进行了分析,旨在评价不同病理生理状态下肺捻发音的特征。方法选择确诊为CFA、BE、COPD和HF患者各10例。将2个麦克风(响应频率4~20Hz)置于每侧肺听诊捻发音最明显处,坐位记录肺音变化;用肺量计夹鼻口,测出气体流速。将两者用4导FM记录仪(频率反应范围0~10Hz)同步描记进行分析。时相指标主要包括肺捻发音在呼吸周期中出现和终止的时间,捻发音持续时间等,均以占呼吸周期的百分比表示。频率指标有最大强度频率及—20dB强度水平
