青岛星海服装厂是1988年底由胶州市商业局建立的一个集体所有制小型服装厂,组建的背景是挂靠在青岛市内一家中型针织服装企业上,为其代加工产品。组建时,商业局投资13万元,改造了食品公司的一处屠宰间,购置了40台缝纫机,其余设备和技术一概由对方提供。但联营协议执行不足半年,就因对方人员变动及经营状况等原因而中止。
Qingdao Xinghai Garment Factory was a collective small-scale garment factory established by the Jiaozhou City Bureau of Commerce at the end of 1988. The background of the establishment was anchored in a medium-sized knitted garment enterprise in Qingdao, and its products were processed. At the time of establishment, the Bureau of Commerce invested 130,000 yuan, rebuilt a slaughter room in the food company, purchased 40 sewing machines, and the rest of the equipment and technology were provided by the other party. However, the implementation of the joint venture agreement for less than half a year was suspended due to changes in the other party’s personnel and business conditions.
