职校档案是学校工作活动和工作成效的客观见证、完整、准确地反映了学校建设和发展的过程,它能为学校当前和今后的各项工作提供依据和借鉴,是学校工作中必不可少的工具和手段。现代化的国家需要现代化的档案事业,现代化的国家需要现代化的档案人才。因此,作为一名档案工作者,在职校教育快速发展时期,要不断提高自身素质,要敏锐地预见和发现自身工作领域中的问题,积极应对,迎接挑战。档案管理工作者如何提高自身素养,更好地发挥档案馆育人的作用,从以下几方面谈自己的看法。
