铁矿粉的同化性、液相流动性等高温特性,较常温特性更能反映铁矿粉在高温烧结过程中的行为,对优化烧结配矿有重要意义。对2000年以来首钢使用的各种铁矿粉的高温特性进行测定、比较和分析,结果表明:铁矿粉的结晶水含量对其同化性有明显的促进作用;等碱度条件下,高SiO2含量的铁矿粉的液相流动性较好,前提是CaO配加量不超过CaO-Fe2O3二元系共晶温度点对应的CaO含量。
Iron ore powder assimilation, liquid flow and other high-temperature characteristics of the temperature characteristics of more than reflect the behavior of iron ore powder in the high temperature sintering process, optimize the sintering with ore is of great significance.
