河南省漯河市地处中原腹地,京广铁路、漯阜及漯宝铁路纵横南北东西,沙河、澧河在此交汇,两岸芳草茵茵,树绿花红,风景秀丽。自古以来,这里是水绿码头,商家云集之地。而今漯河市水利局乘改革的东风,在搞好水利工程建设和管理的同时,内挖潜力,外拓市场,发展经营。并于1996年成立了山河实业有限公司,经过两年多的努力,实现产值650万元,利润60多万元。1997年山河实业有限公司被评为河南省水利经济先进单位。
