目的:比较研究黑龙江省泰康与林句县的柴胡挥发油化学成分。方法水蒸气蒸馏法提取北柴胡干燥根挥发油,采用气相色谱-质谱联用(GC-MS)技术分析,鉴定挥发油的化学成分。结果取了泰康柴胡干燥根挥发油,由分离出的15个峰中鉴定出10个化合物占挥发油总成份的82.96%,同时提取了林甸柴胡干燥根挥发油,由分离出的18个峰中鉴定出13个化合物占挥发油总成份的63.48%。结论泰康柴胡干燥根挥发油含量为0.6%,其化学成分主要为乙酸癸酯(22.45%),1—癸烯(17.44%),己酸(9.90%)。1—癸醇(9.61%),十二酸(11.00%)等,林甸柴胡干燥根挥发油化学成分主要为1—丙烯基—3—丙基金刚烷(15.34%),己酸(12.42%),庚酸(4.19%),辛酸(3.53%),乙酸癸酯(3.49%),十二酸(2.57%)等。并鉴定出两地柴胡具有五种相同成份。
Objective: To compare and study the chemical constituents of the volatile oil of Radix bupleuri in Taikang and Linjian counties in Heilongjiang Province. Methods The volatile oil from dried root of Bupleurum chinense DC.was extracted by steam distillation and analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) to identify the chemical constituents of volatile oil. The results showed that the dry root of Taikon Bupleurum chinense was taken as the volatile oil. From the 15 peaks identified, 10 compounds accounted for 82.96% of the total volatile oil components. At the same time, the dry root volatile oil from Lindane was extracted from the 18 peaks. Thirteen compounds were identified as constituting 63.48% of the total volatile oil components. Conclusion The dry root content of Radix Bupleuri in Taikang is 0.6%. Its chemical composition is mainly acetic ester (22.45%), 1-decene (17.44%) and caproic acid (9.90%). 1. Sterols (9.61%), dodecanoic acid (11.00%), etc. The chemical constituents of the volatile oil of dry root of Bupleurum chinense Linn were mainly 1-propenyl-3-propanediol (15.34%) and hexanoic acid (12.42%). ), Heptanoic acid (4.19%), Caprylic acid (3.53%), Acetyl acetate (3.49%), Dodecanoic acid (2.57%) and the like. It was also identified that there are five identical ingredients in Bupleurum.
