现在在企业的销售成本中采购成本占有越来越大的比例,因此很多企业家开始对采购成本予以了较多的关注,并且积极的从采购成本中寻求利润。然而很多企业并没有在供应链管理的视角下纳入采购管理,因此导致企业的采购管理中存在着很多的问题。该文时企业采购管理中的问题进行了介绍,并且对采购管理在供应链条件下的特点进行了分析,最后有针对性地提出了企业供应链采购管理的有效途径。
Purchasing costs now account for an ever-increasing portion of the cost of sales in enterprises, and many entrepreneurs are beginning to pay more attention to purchasing costs and are actively seeking profits from their purchasing costs. However, many enterprises do not include procurement management in the perspective of supply chain management, which leads to many problems in the procurement management of enterprises. This article introduces the problems in purchasing management of enterprises, and analyzes the characteristics of purchasing management under the condition of supply chain. In the end, it brings forward an effective approach to the procurement management of enterprises’ supply chain.
