2004年4月8～15日我们分组在安徽省六安市南湖水域进行太湖新银鱼(以下称银鱼)人工繁殖,共采捕成熟(V期)亲鱼1275组,16批,采卵126.3万粒,平均每尾产卵991粒,留盆观察3000粒,进行不同人工授精方法及雌雄鱼不同配组对银鱼受精率影响的研究,放网箱5万粒,其余121万粒投放城东湖。(
From April 8 to April 15, 2004, we conducted artificial breeding of new whitebait of Taihu Lake (hereinafter referred to as the “Whitebait”) in Nanhu waters of Lu’an City, Anhui Province.
