华东区农林水利局于本年度8月19日至31日,召开了华东区小麦生产技术座谈会,参加的有山东、江苏、安徽、浙江四省,上海市和华东农业科学研究所的农业科学工作者,另外并邀请了中国科学院植物生理研究所的科学工作者参加。座谈会中主要讨论了三个问题:(一)根据三年来改进栽培技术的经验,研究在现有小农经济基础上华东小麦不同产区增产的主要技术措施;(二)根据三年来病虫防治的经验,总结出简单易行的防治方法;(三)1952年12月初寒潮后和1953年4月间的降晚霜后,小麦的受害情况,以及挽救小麦冻害的经验。在小麦增产的技术措施方面,大家对于从播种前的准备工作一直到收获的一系列技术措施都作了讨论。认为选用优良品种和饱满壮大的种子,深耕早耕耙细耙匀,播种适时均匀并保证全苗,合理密植,多施基肥早施追肥,注意灌溉排水等,都是应该重视的。在这些方
The East China Regional Bureau of Agriculture, Forestry and Water conservancy held a symposium on wheat production technology in Eastern China from August 19 to August 31 of this year.
