职业教育走过了艰难的历程,迎来了美好的艳阳天。职业教育是与经济社会联系最密切的教育类型,在社会发展中起着不可替代的重要作用。2013年,贵州省实施教育“9+3”计划,即巩固九年义务教育,实施3年免费中等职业教育,是省委政府站在与全国同步建成小康社会的高度做出的重大战略部署,是机遇、也是挑战。
