目的了解2012年上半年沧州市市售食品中主要食源性疾病致病菌的污染状况,为开展食品安全风险评估和采取有针对性的控制措施提供科学依据。方法依据2012年河北省食源性致病菌监测技术指南,对7类市售食品进行沙门菌、副溶血性弧菌、创伤弧菌、蜡样芽孢杆菌、单核细胞增生李斯特菌、大肠埃希菌、EHECO157:H7/NM、金黄色葡萄球菌、志贺菌、阪崎肠杆菌10种致病菌分离、生化及血清型鉴定。结果抽检299份样品中共检出致病菌7株,其中副溶血性弧菌2株,单核细胞增生李斯特菌1株,金黄色葡萄球菌2株,大肠埃希菌2株,沙门菌、EHECO157:H7/NM、志贺菌、阪崎肠杆菌、创伤弧菌、蜡样芽孢杆菌均未检出。结论 2012年上半年沧州市市售食品中存在食源性致病菌的污染,应加大食品行业的监管力度。
Objective To understand the pollution status of the main food-borne pathogens in Cangzhou City in the first half of 2012 and provide a scientific basis for carrying out food safety risk assessment and adopting targeted control measures. Methods According to the technical guideline of food borne pathogen monitoring in Hebei Province in 2012, seven kinds of commercial foods were tested for Salmonella, Vibrio parahaemolyticus, Vibrio vulnificus, Bacillus cereus, Listeria monocytogenes, Escherichia coli, EHECO157: H7 / NM, Staphylococcus aureus, Shigella, Enterobacter sakazakii isolates of 10 kinds of pathogenic bacteria, biochemical and serological identification. Results A total of 7 pathogenic bacteria were detected in 299 samples, including 2 strains of Vibrio parahaemolyticus, 1 strain of Listeria monocytogenes, 2 strains of Staphylococcus aureus, 2 strains of Escherichia coli, 2 strains of Salmonella, EHECO157: H7 / NM, Shigella, Enterobacter sakazakii, Vibrio vulnificus, Bacillus cereus were not detected. Conclusion In the first half of 2012, there was contamination of food-borne pathogenic bacteria in the commercially available foods in Cangzhou City. Supervision on the food industry should be stepped up.
