This paper takes 2m~3 excavator bucket teeth as typical parts, analyzes the wear debris of ZG 30SiMnTi alloy steel and ZGMn13 steel tooth, discusses its wear process and wear patterns; and it is used on DM-1 type dynamic load abrasive wear testing machine. A simulation test was conducted to find the experimental conditions corresponding to the actual working conditions. Under these conditions, the wear resistance of several materials was determined, the more ideal materials were selected, the appropriate process was adopted, and a new tooth was prepared and sent to the field test.
