本文认为，在国有企业改革问题上，进一步解放思想的关键点依然是如何看待姓“社”姓“资”及其由此衍生的姓“公”姓“私”问题。在这些问题的分析上，我们需要的是历史唯物主义的观点及辩证分析的方法论：不能仅仅止于传统理论的推导演绎，还要进行现实状况的实证分析；不能只分析生产关系，还要分析生产力；不能只分析经济基础，还要分析上层建筑。一旦在理论和实践中这样去分析认识问题，我们就会打破种种思想桎梏，就能真正有效地推动我国国有企业的改革
This paper argues that the key point to further emancipate the mind on the reform of state-owned enterprises is still how to view the surname “capital” of the surname “community” and the consequent “public” surname “private”. What we need in the analysis of these problems is the view of historical materialism and dialectical analysis: we can not stop at the deduction and deduction of traditional theories, but also make an empirical analysis of the actual situation.
