本刊从2003年起开辟继续教育园地栏目,以专家论坛及问答的形式对一些医药知识进行介绍,旨在提高医师、药师、护师们的合理用药水平,更好地服务于病人。每期有问答题,请读者裁下本期问答题(复印无效),连同本人的答案于2015年2月25日前寄回本杂志社,地址:上海市杨浦区长海路168号,邮编200433。回答正确者由上海市药学会颁发继续医学教育Ⅱ类学分。2013年第6期的学分将与2014年第1~5期的学分一起统计。请将学分证工本费5元(无发票)寄到本杂志社,若要求以挂号信邮寄学分证,需寄8元。另外,经申请并获同意,参加本刊全年(共6期)继续教育园地答题的读者,可获得上海市继续医学教育委员会办公室盖章的继续医学教育学分(Ⅱ类)5分,工本费15元(无发票)。如需此类学分的读者请在答题时注明。
Since 2003, we started to open up a part of the continuing education field. We introduced some medical knowledge in the form of expert forums and question and answer to improve the rational use of medicine by physicians, pharmacists and nurses so as to better serve the patients. Each question and answer, please readers of the current question and answer (copy invalid), together with my answer before February 25, 2015 sent back to the magazine, Address: Changhai Road, Yangpu District, Shanghai, No. 168, 200433. The correct answer is issued by the Shanghai Pharmaceutical Association to continue medical education class Ⅱ credits. The credits for the sixth year of 2013 will be counted together with the credits for the first five years of 2014. Please send a scholarship fee of 5 yuan (no invoice) to the magazine, if required to send a registered letter by credit card, need to send 8 yuan. In addition, readers who obtain and agree to participate in this year’s continuing education field for a total of 6 issues will receive 5 credits of continuing medical education credits (Type II) stamped by the Office of Continuing Medical Education of Shanghai Municipality, 15 yuan (no invoice).
