植物的任何部分,无论是各种器官或组织,还是细胞、原生质,在无菌的人工培养基上生长和发育,统称为植物组织培养。植物组织培养可分胚胎培养、器官培养、愈伤组织培养、细胞和原生质体培养,具有可以人为控制培养条件、生长周期短、繁殖率高、管理方便和便于自动化控制等优点。
Any part of the plant, whether it is a variety of organs or tissues, or cells, protoplasm, growth and development in sterile artificial medium, collectively referred to as plant tissue culture. Plant tissue culture can be divided into embryo culture, organ culture, callus culture, cell and protoplast culture, with human-controlled culture conditions, short growth cycle, high reproductive rate, easy management and easy automation and so on.
