用跨齿量法(又称分组量法)测量齿轮周节累积误差(Δt_∑),是提高测量精度的有效方法。但是进行跨齿测量时,必须解决以下问题:跨齿数 N(或分组数 M)如何选择?跨齿数 N 选择不当对测量精度的影响如何等。本文就跨齿数 N 的计算和选择进行探讨。为了计算“最佳跨齿数 N_佳”,首先对跨齿测量的精度问题进行简单的分析和计算。一、跨齿测量的精度分析用跨齿量法测量齿轮的周节累积误差包括跨齿测量和单齿补点测量两部分。
Measuring the cumulative error of gear circumference (Δt_Σ) with the cross-tooth method (also called grouping method) is an effective method to improve the measurement accuracy. However, when making cross-tooth measurements, the following problems must be solved: How to choose the number of cross-teeth N (or the number of groups M)? How to influence the measurement accuracy when the number of teeth N is not properly selected. In this paper, the calculation and selection of the number of teeth N is discussed.
